Our Investors SPTel is a joint venture between ST Engineering and SP Group and since 2017, SPTel has embarked on a journey to transform the business from a passive infrastructure leasing company into an advance digital services provider. Since then, SPTel has launched several key services into the market such as Software Defined Network (SDN), IOTaaS, Edge Computing, Managed Services and Enterprise Mobility. Job Brief We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep knowledge /expertise in enterprise managed services from a service provider background -. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new growth engines for Managed Services through introduction of new services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategies and develop new growth engines in Managed Services
• Identify, design and build best of breed solution platforms, ecosystem solution and vertical solutions and market segmentation for Managed Services portfolio.
• Establish and cultivate partnerships with key partners in Managed Services to deliver differentiated managed services with unique value propositions.
• Develop product strategies, Roadmaps and determine market segmenting, targeting and positioning.
• Establish and enhance product processes in Managed Services to ensure the smooth delivery of these services.
• Monitor product quality against target levels and trigger corrective actions where necessary.
• Optimize cost structure, product profitability and customer value.
• Work with Marketing to run effective horizontal marketing programs and events to create market awareness and generate sales leads.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully developing and growing a portfolio of Managed Services covering Managed WAN, Managed SDWAN, Managed Wifi and Managed LAN.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity/out of the box product development.
• Self-starter. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3-5 years’ experience; Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
