Key Responsibilities
Manage the
X-ray/CT/ Ultrasound product portfolio
internally and externally, including product positioning, updates, and competitive analysis.
Support the sales team with
technical expertise, product presentations, proposal preparation, and installation training
.
Act as the
product champion
, clearly communicating product features, benefits, and clinical value to customers and internal teams.
Provide
on-site and remote application support
to healthcare professionals.
Gather customer feedback and relay to product and service teams for
continuous product improvement
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and hospital departments
.
Support
marketing activities, exhibitions, and educational events
.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities, and new clinical developments
in diagnostic imaging.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Biomedical Engineering, Radiological Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field
.
2-5 years of experience in
related healthcare technology
.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex features into clinical and commercial value.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
