Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteAbout the job:This role provides leadership, direction and execution of marketing and product management strategy for the Medsurg (Endoscopy, Ortho Instruments and Neurosurgery) business across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia to meet growth targets consistent with the strategic plan across the region.This role will be responsible for Product Management of the portfolio, including working with the commercial team to plan and execute targeted and disciplined product launches, develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, and build strong relationships with KOLs to build differentiating value propositions for the Medsurg business.What you will be doing:Product Management

  • Determine and pursue a winning product portfolio for the different markets that will drive market growth.
  • Champion the needs and potential of the region with the divisions to help accelerate growth across the region.
  • Develop and drive execution of key strategy documents for portfolio: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch commercialization plans including establishing metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones.
  • Develop Commercialization/Annual Marketing Plans that demonstrate the size of opportunity aligned to strategic growth areas and the tactics to deliver on the opportunity. Communicate plans with sales team, regional marketing teams and division to ensure opportunities are well understood and key stakeholders are aligned to execution plans.
  • Develops, communicate, and execute PLCM strategies in alignment with division plans. Lead product life cycle management of the portfolio from launch to obsolescence
Market Insights
  • Continually monitor market size, share and trends to make recommendations on market opportunity and strategic focus areas, and incorporate into marketing strategy
  • Gain market insights through VOC with customers, KOLs and organizations. Translate insights into future business strategy, proactively partner with sales team to adjust marketing strategy based on changes to healthcare environments or new VOC.
  • Create & maintain market factbook broken down by franchises
Marketing
  • Develop and execute franchise annual marketing plan
  • Lead the event management activities, including management of related suppliers and liaison for vendors and management of budget
  • Responsible for all marketing collateral and material required to support the commercial team
  • Work in partnership with Division on franchise strategy & develop global/regional KOL network
Training & Education
  • Develop & deliver external education and customer engagement programs, that deliver enhanced, capability, confidence and connect our customers to drive advocacy and brand loyalty, while building product knowledge excellence and clinical and procedural understanding.
  • Develop & deliver product training for internal and distributor sales teams

Who are we looking for:
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical desirable.
  • Experience in a high-growth, lean organization strongly preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Product Management
  • Experience in Orthopedics / Medical Device / Pharmaceutical marketing is highly preferred and will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; including presentation skills-demonstrated ability to be clear and concise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and result orientated, with ability to take decisions and deliver high quality results quickly when necessary and resilience to challenge/be challenged.
  • Cultural empathy and agility. Able to work in complex environments with the ability to navigate sensitive cultural issues.
  • We are open to candidates that are based in Singapore or KL, Malaysia as this role can be based in either location.
Travel Percentage: 30%
