We are looking for a product manager who preferably have experience dealing with industrial automation product selling to the oil & gas market across APAC.

We are looking for a product manager who preferably have experience dealing with industrial automation product selling to the oil & gas market across APAC. Product experience in pressure and/or temperature transmitter, transducer, sensors, actuator and valve will be a plus.

Description

• Conceive and execute strategies to support the topline growth of the Core Pressure and Temperature solutions business in Asia Pacific.
• Secure the buy-in of the sales channel for new products, drive strategic direction, and provide training where necessary, while gathering continuous market feedback.
• Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term sales plans and business development opportunities across industries and geographies.
• Collaborate with integrated marketing to drive campaigns and participate in events.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders, providing business insights, progress on initiatives and plans, as well as highlighting concerns and opportunities.
• Drive product and manufacturing approval processes of Key Accounts.
• Support the Operations organization in forecasting a robust sales and operations plan.
• Navigate a large matrix organization, gaining support, influencing behavior, and driving accountability.
• Adhere to workplace safety rules and regulations and fulfill other reasonable duties as required.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or a related field. A MBA will be a plus.
• Over 3 years of product management experience in the industrial automation or related industries.
• Strong technical understanding of Core Pressure and Temperature products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
