Responsibilities

Efficiently gather user requirements and produce user provisions of data requirements and reports, including data gaps and specifications
Effectively manage stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 business needs and priorities, concerns and objectives
Successfully drive the end-to-end reporting generation process as a product owner of the reporting platform
Convey user requirements to, and work jointly with the System Developers and Quality Assurance teams on reporting projects
Conduct user acceptance testing and review processes for the systems, ensuring that the reports generated are accurate, timely, and in line with statutory and regulatory standards
Proactively trace progress status and provide prompt updates of progresses in projects

Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, preferably with a major in Computer or Information Systems
At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Business Analysis in the banking industry
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Solid experience in dealing with MAS regulatory reporting
Good understanding in reporting system solutions and designs
Strong knowledge of SQL tools and familiarity with banking products
Proficient in English and one other SEA language to collaborate with internal stakeholders from across the region
