About this opportunity

The Product Manager, Professional Marketing; opportunity is a key role in the SEA marketing function and will be based out of the Singapore office. This role will assist and report into Associate Marketing Director, SEA.

The appointed individual, will be responsible for planning and executing professional marketing plans, which include but not limited to; portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, budget tracking, and multi-channel marketing for our three products: Invisalign, Invisalign Go and iTero.

The candidate needs the following traits to succeed in this role: hands on, fast learner, ability to deal with ambiguity, fix problems, team player and take ownership/accountability.

He/She would have demonstrated a strong business acumen, managing stakeholders, ability to influence, strategize and prioritize and exercise impact on the business results in a fast-paced environment working with a cross functional team of professionals.

In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Develop targeted and segmented marketing activities through Growth Programs, professional programs and key accounts for Invisalign, Invisalign Go and iTero.
  • Inspire and train internal teams on new innovations and practice support tools
  • Develop and implement practice marketing initiatives, materials and tools that support recruiting new doctors and incite practice growth. This may include creative development, localisation, translation and distribution, and adjustments to market needs and laws
  • Localise the customer loyalty program and collaborate with sales team and other stakeholders to implement successfully
  • Work with the sales team on delivering added value and marketing support with key accounts
  • Support the Corporate and Commercial teams in developing an ongoing framework for generating leads
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer segments to best tailor marketing activities to their needs
  • Create a framework for reporting, analysis and measuring effectiveness of initiatives, identify and propose areas for continuous improvement
  • Deliver key metrics including product utilisation, Digital scoring, practice growth and uptake of practice tools
  • Be responsible for the trade marketing communications and support for events to attract new doctors or increase utilisation.
  • Actively visit customers and build strong relationship, engagement and interaction with the sales team
  • Collaborate with the Asia Pacific Regional Marketing team and other key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required. Proven experience in B2C and B2B marketing strategy and execution
  • High aptitude in data-driven marketing; the ability to analyse and interpret reports to draw insights and make recommendations
  • Experience with Professional marketing is required.
  • Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organisational levels (internal and external) and excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. An international mindset \xe2\x80\x93 culturally aware, flexible and pragmatic
  • Excellent influencing skills and an ability to develop customer relationships is required, along with the ability to analyse complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines
  • To think strategically and uses sound judgment
  • A customer-centric approach that will ultimately result in meeting commercial targets
  • Some travel may be required in this position around the region
