Seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own and drive the digital product that enhances user experience, drives growth, and improves most key journeys for the users. The ideal candidate would be a product expert & have strong knowledge of payments & authorisation journeys (although this is not essential). This combined with the ability to lead a team in making data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with partners who may not be as technical but understand the value of the work.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Support product positioning and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch
Advocate for user-centered design and product best practices across the organization
Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs
Collaborate with developers, and the wider cross-functional team to implement product improvements/enhancements, technical recommendations and optimize user experience
Assist in the development of test case and experiments to improve usability, conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Define and track key performance metrics, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights. Partner with product analytics team to define success metrics, track performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise product features and user experience.
Partner with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to align product efforts with broader business strategies
Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
At least 10 years total work experience with demonstrable experience in one or more of the following: managing products through their life cycle (ideally in learning & development); leading end-to-end project delivery; collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and handling risk management.
Minimum 5 years extensive experience in product management or a similar role focused on data-centric B2B software.
Domain knowledge preferred: Experience in financial product / instruments, digital media, or subscription-based (SaaS / PaaS) businesses.
Strong understanding of user experience principles, analytics, and performance optimization. Effective analytical skills and ability to use data and research to inform decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate user insights into business impact
Experience working in agile development environments
Experience with product analytics tools and data visualization.
