About the Role

WSPN is seeking an experienced and driven

Product Manager

to lead the planning, development, and optimization of our next-generation digital asset and payment ecosystem. This role requires a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape, and a proven ability to deliver user-focused products in a fast-paced environment.


As a Product Manager at WSPN.io, you will define the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and drive the product roadmap for crypto and payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify trends, user needs, and innovation opportunities. Stay current with emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices in blockchain, Web3, and fintech.

Product Development & Delivery

Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, iteration, and performance monitoring. Translate business requirements and user feedback into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize product backlog items based on strategic impact, user value, and technical feasibility. Partner closely with engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product releases. Collaborate with growth teams to enhance user acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. Use data analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement of product features and performance.

Market & Industry Insight

Maintain a deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, products, and tokenized assets. Monitor the regulatory landscape to ensure product compliance and risk mitigation. Identify competitive differentiators and new market opportunities to position WSPN as a leader in the digital finance space.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial trading platforms. Strong knowledge of crypto exchanges, trading systems, market-making, and blockchain technologies (e.g., smart contracts, tokenomics, Web3). Proven experience delivering products from concept to launch with measurable success. Solid understanding of data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analytics tools (SQL or similar is a plus). * Excellent communication in Chinese and English, collaboration, and presentation skills.
