Job Description

We are looking for a design-qualified Product Manager that is able to blend the artistic skills of product design with the strategic planning abilities of product management. You will be responsible for leading both the conceptualisation and the actualisation of product features, driving them from idea to market launch.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to identify customer needs and generate design insights Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to propose and visualize new product features Write functional specifications and liaise with engineering team to make sure products / features are delivered according to the design Develop and manage a product roadmap, aligning with company goals and objectives Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases Measure product metrics and conduct A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of designs and features Prioritise product and design tasks based on customer feedback, market trends, and business needs Lead design reviews and product planning meetings Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience in product design or product management Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in design and product strategy Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to work in agile development environments Preferable experience in evolving and scaling an existing product Preferable experience in HR-tech, Edu-Tech, SaaS or AI product design Techno/Functional consultants with prior functional solutioning/designing experience are welcomed too
