About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Product Manager

to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

product strategy, design thinking, and agile methodology

, as well as practical experience with

low-code platforms such as Pega

. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our digital product roadmap and driving innovation that delivers value to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Apply

design thinking principles

to discover, validate, and translate user needs into impactful digital product solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, operations, and business units) to deliver end-to-end product features. Champion

agile practices

, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative product development. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption of products and features. Leverage experience with

low-code platforms (e.g., Pega)

to accelerate product delivery, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions. Analyze product performance using both qualitative and quantitative data, and use insights to inform continuous improvement. Monitor competitive landscape, industry developments, and emerging technologies to enhance product strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). 4+ years of product management experience, preferably within digital platforms or enterprise solutions. Proven track record in defining and executing product strategy. Strong familiarity with

design thinking methodologies

and experience leading user-centric design workshops. Deep understanding of

agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

with experience working in agile delivery teams. Hands-on experience with

low-code platforms (such as Pega)
