A global leader in precision engineering is expanding its Asia Pacific operations and is seeking a

Product Manager

to join its regional headquarters in Singapore.





This is a

strategic and technical product management role

that bridges

R&D, business units, and customers

across international markets.


You will manage the software product portfolio for materials science applications, including imaging, microscopy, and inspection tools, ensuring product success throughout its life cycle--from development to post-launch.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimally a bachelor's degree in engineering or science fields with equivalent work experience in technical field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development, marketing or sales, preferably of microscopic imaging systems or cameras Solid technical proficiency across techniques related to Material Science, Imaging, and/or Industrial Microscopy (not required to be a subject matter expert). Proven experience in software product management (preferred). Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (preferred). Strong customer orientation with the ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements. Demonstrated business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a market-driven, results-oriented mindset. Ability to simplify and present complex topics in a clear and compelling manner. Ability to work autonomously while travelling in various time zones. Track record of successful international and multicultural teamwork (US, Europe, Japan)
