Job Responsibilities


1. Research the market and user needs, combine business development needs, carry out demand refinement and product design, and output the completed product demand documents


2. Through market/product research and analysis, assist in the overall planning of platform products, promote the achievement of product goals, and collaborate with design, R&D and other teams to promote the implementation of product requirements


3. Assist the cross-departmental communication work in the process of project promotion, and be able to coordinate resources to ensure rapid and efficient product implementation and subsequent iteration optimization of products;


4. Pay attention to market and user feedback, follow up product development, respond quickly to changes, and continuously optimize products


5. Be good at considering issues from the user dimension, and be able to optimize the performance of the product after the launch based on user data.


At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management, development, or a related field. Have user thinking, be able to plan and design products based on the user's perspective, have creativity, imagination, logical thinking and system analysis skills, outstanding text organization and communication skills; Sensitive to data, good at finding problems or opportunities from data quickly Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies. Fundamental understanding of web applications, cloud technologies and IoT solutions. * Deep understanding of product management frameworks and best practices.
