Current pet care providers are unable to provide quality care for our pets virtually. Or quickly. Or reliably. So, we\xe2\x80\x99re building one. We\'re looking for a product owner to join our growing team in Singapore. The role is a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out beautifully simple experiences that guide pet owners through their pet\xe2\x80\x99s health and wellness journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for ZumVet\xe2\x80\x99s product verticals.
• Work closely with the internal teams to understand their pain points, workflows, and needs, and translate them into product requirements.
• Ensure that the products integrate seamlessly with the existing technology ecosystem and work effectively with other products and systems used by the different teams.
• Work closely with the design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features that meet user needs and are on-time.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of features and requirements, ensuring that work is allocated effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute launch plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Analyze and interpret product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Be comfortable with data analysis and use data to inform product decisions and measure success.

What We Are Looking For

• You are passionate about pets and animals!
• You have 2-5 years of experience as a product manager working with a track record of successfully launching products that enable business operations.
• You have a strong understanding of operations workflows and processes.
• You approach your work with a strong product mindset and passion for user experience. You prioritize work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points
• You have great communication skills and can articulate complex concepts/features to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• You have an understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• You are passionate about making a difference in the digital space.

Some Good To Haves

• You have experience in the healthcare or animal health industry
• You have experience with market research, consumer behavior and marketing techniques
• You have knowledge of project management tools, like Jira and confluence.
• You have experience using design thinking with teams to solve problems
