Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
3 + years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in Retail Clients / Retail Product & Project Management, with a good understanding of Mortgage, digital products and financials drivers.
Good interpersonal and communication skills: networking, negotiation and influencing.
Positive attitude with the capability to work under pressure and deliver on multiple deadlines.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
