We are looking for a rockstar Product Manager to join our team and help us maintain and expand our impressive growth rate with our Media & Analytics products, along with our latest lock-screen solution product, KaiKaiNow. KaiKaiNow is designed to make Android phone screens more enjoyable by featuring reliable and trustworthy media content from around the world. You will build and ship the product by truly understanding what our customers and their needs are. You will be the product owner and work closely with our engineering team based out of Poland for product feature delivery and improvements.

This role will be based out of our Singapore office.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Own entire process and flow of the SaaS Media & Analytics and Lockscreen product: short-term execution and mid-to-long-term scaling
• Responsible for researching, gathering feedback, planning and delivering key market-fit product features
• Work closely with business leadership to move conceptualisation to execution swiftly based on aligned timelines
• Create product road maps and manage the time frame effectively across both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the go-to-market process for new product/ feature launch(es) through collaboration with respective cross-functional teams
• Prioritise pain points based on business and clients\xe2\x80\x99 level of impact, and work with the product engineering team while optimizing time to market
• Improve product features to enhance satisfaction rate on partnering organisations as well as end-consumer experience by providing feedback to the Product Engineering team through structured and consistent periodic review sessions
• Track product performance effectiveness, and set up relevant performance metrics
• Keep updated on the latest martech and adtech market trends and activities

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B product development & management, preferably in the Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, or Marketing & Advertising Technology industries
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written in English & Chinese)
• Experience in developing large-scale data & analytics web and mobile product(s)
• Strong cross-functional management skills, understanding workflow from front-line business to back-end product and tech functions
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with partnering organisations globally and later across other countries to ensure seamless alignment
• Ability to conceptualise business requirements into technical deliverables and work with product engineering team
• Good understanding of technical architecture of complex and scalable products is a plus
• Exposure to conceptualising, improving, managing or launching a SaaS solution is a plus
• Highly-driven & possess good stamina with the ability to work independently
• Able to thrive in the high growth and start-up environment
• Results-oriented and data driven individual with strong performance reporting skills
• Passion for technology, entrepreneurship and creating positive impact
