ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xf0\x9f\x91\xa9\xf0\x9f\x8f\xbd\xe2\x80\x8d\xf0\x9f\x92\xbb\xf0\x9f\x91\xa8\xe2\x80\x8d\xf0\x9f\x92\xbb

• Identify opportunities, define product strategy and roadmaps across Spenmo products
• Work globally and cross-functionally with UX designers, engineers, data analysts, product marketing managers, customer success managers, and business development to continuously improve overall platform experience across Spenmo\xe2\x80\x99s different product verticals
• Define product success metrics for defined initiatives and proposed business cases within product area of responsibility
• Own and drive key business metrics across different products
• Owning and driving key business metrics across different features, thereby contributing to a positive impact on Customer NPS, Customer Engagement Rate, Client Retention Rate, among others
• Work closely with the business teams and clients to understand and anticipate customer needs, translating them into product requirements
• Ability to define product vision, and create product roadmap based on defined vision and strategy
• Shows ability to balance quantitative and qualitative data in prioritising work items and solving customer problems
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog
• Development clear and concise user stories and requirements
• Ability to communicate clearly across different types of business, design, or technical stakeholders within the organisation
• Managing the day to day scrum work and ceremonies for Agile delivery teams

• 5 years of Product Management experience working with customer facing web, mobile web and mobile app products
• B2B/B2C product management role. Agile product experience in financial services / fintech is a BIG PLUS
• Have experience in working with customers and participating in customer research
• Strong track record of delivering impactful products and features
• Have worked directly with engineering teams to drive agile development cycles
• Ability to pull data from various sources and provide insights on that data
• Great communicator in English.
