Introduction to the role:
Our client is one of Asia\'s leading consumer platforms that has been recently funded and is looking for multiple Product Managers to join the team. You will part of the pioneer team to build and scale the product both on Web and App, providing world-class experience and value to their customers and driving impact in a greener economy.
Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of product development and user experience for existing and new products
• Enforcing customer centricity in the product development cycle. Be an advocate to drive a user-led environment, placing users at the core of everything they do.
• Managing ROI objectives via effective product planning
• Coordinating with the technology team and other stakeholders
• Establish and implement the overall strategy and transformation in collaboration with the stakeholders and functional teams for the group to enable measurable results.
• Drive consumer engagement and gain market share through product optimization by leveraging user centric design and continuous conversion rate optimization programs
• Drive active learning and proactive engagement across your team, internal and external stakeholders
• Be a thought leader and drive impact throughout the enterprise and industry.

Desired Qualifications/Certifications:

• Strong track record in Product Management in B2C product development (Mobile, Web, Service included)
• Passion to drive and to improve the status quo
• A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results in an early-stage startup.
• Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges

Familiar with product analytics and product-centric metrics
