The Company

This is a significant in-house Product Manager role for our asset management/ financial services client, to be an efficient consultant, driving outcomes through influencing, to own the Enterprise-wide Financial Planning & analysis platform, develop the roadmap and play an important role in their financial transformation process.

The Responsibilities

You will be leading the selection and roll out of the Enterprise-wide Financial Planning & analysis tool for the business. You will gain a deep understanding of their business processes and user experience relating to financial planning and analysis by performing interviews and exploratory workshops. You will detect and fill process and product gaps, produce new ideas for product features and processes that improve customer experience to improve efficiency and reduce risk. You will develop scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. You will establish buy-in for the Enterprise-wide FP&A product/process objectives with key stakeholders.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate must have over 15 years of experience with at least 5 years of people leadership experience, and coming from relevant sectors such as financial services, asset management, investment fund, or consulting companies and software houses (having solid pre-sales architecture experience with emphasis on customers and customers success). Experience in digital finance transformation project (next gen Financial planning & analysis tools such as EPM, Anaplan and OneStream), process analysis, design and IT integration with third-party applications, business process mapping and re-engineering are critical. Having prior finance background and data analytics knowledge are bonus skillsets to have.
