Job Description


The Role Responsibilities
Achievement of economic profit, goals, business financial performance, monitoring and control for the credit card business in Singapore. You will work directly with the Head of Credit Cards to drive and support business growth and profitability related to card product management and client lifecycle management for the Affluent card products.

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives to achieve business goals
  • Define product roadmap and product market fit for the Affluent cards to remain competitive in the market
  • Develop, execute and drive card value proposition, positioning, pricing, targeting, acquisition channels, end-to-end lifecycle engagement strategies and projects
  • Manage all aspects of client lifecycle management including acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, usage and retention
  • Manage the revenue performance for the Affluent card products by tracking and analysing performance and effectiveness of activities to maximize growth and profitability
  • Monitor, understand and analyse external conditions and competitive industry landscapes and trends to ensure product and offering meets the client needs while maintaining market competitiveness and product compliance
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Analytics team to identify business opportunities and create effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with Partnership team to identify strategic partnerships to support business growth
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing team to ensure effective marketing communication strategies
  • Work effectively with internal units - Group Product, Finance, Client Experience, Digital, Risk, Operations, Credit, Legal & Compliance, Technology, Audit

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with experience of 12 + years in Banking preferably in Credit Cards.
  • Strong marketing, financial and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
  • Independent, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
