19 September 2024We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our client\'s dynamic team. As part of a leading global bank, you will play a key role in driving the design, development, and execution of innovative banking products that meet market demands and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial industry, a passion for product development, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management;
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns, particularly in customer acquisition and product utilization.;
• Strong data analytics experience with a proven ability to derive insights from data and improve product performance.;
• Experience in leading UAT, defining exit criteria, and managing test strategies;
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Relationship Managers, Marketing, and Transaction Services, to meet business goals;
• Experience in leveraging digital channels for client acquisition and engagement;
• Ability to develop and execute new product propositions that meet the evolving needs of the market;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting and training internal teams;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello;
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry;
• Understanding of customer experience design and optimization;

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, business teams, and technology partners;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and create differentiated products;
• Develop and manage product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth product delivery;
• Track and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve product features, user experience, and profitability;
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), creating and implementing a robust test strategy, ensuring products meet agreed exit criteria and perform as expected;
• Provide UAT signoff and ensure seamless integration across teams for product rollouts;
• Create and maintain product documentation, release plans, and reports;
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes;
