Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to shape product positioning and marketing plans.
Lead regional sales and marketing initiatives, including collaborations with third-party media partners, to maximize ROI.
Partner with industry experts to deliver workshops and training sessions that boost product adoption and sales.
Oversee PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) to optimize stock levels and ensure timely product availability.
Plan and execute Advertising & Promotion budgets efficiently for maximum market impact.
Develop strategies to increase product sales by working with local subsidiaries to build and review channel performance.
Collaborate with local teams and partners to implement effective channel development plans.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or marketing, with regional exposure preferred.
Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and driving sales and marketing activities in Southeast Asia.
Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and channel development.
Proficiency in PSI management and budget planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
Ability to work across cultures and collaborate with local sales teams and external partners.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
