Your team
You'll be working in the Process Optimization and Automation, Product & Design team in Singapore. You'll work alongside individuals passionate about technology and innovation, in an international and inclusive environment where diversity is a strength and every opinion matters.
Your expertise

• Ideally automation and consulting experience maintaining a focus on business analysis in digital transformation and modern technologies
• Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills
• The ability to understand the current business processes, define business cases, optimize and define the target process
• A strong written and verbal communicator, able to adapt and to present well to stakeholders
• Highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and eager to learn and to solve complex problems
• Experience with transformation tools
• Open to learning new tools and technologies
• Professional experience within Banking Operations would value add to the role
