Being a Product Manager, you own the overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for the organization and its vendors. You will be the advocate and leader for the relevant product in the company and within the relevant vendor community.

Adecco is collaborating with a Market Leading Fortune 500\xc2\xae MNC client in the IT industry to hire for a Product Manager [IT Sales] position for their team.

Product Manager (IT Sales) | Fortune 500\xc2\xae Tech Giant | Up to SGD6000/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • creating and implementing business plan for vendor product group and associated services to achieve agreed revenue targets and planned profit outcomes
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Develop and implement marketing programs
  • Creating of joint initiatives with the organization\'s vendor and business partners.
  • Ensuring technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.
  • Coordinate the various functions within the organization to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.
  • Maintain, develop, and ensure that executive business relations with vendor partners are of the highest order, are proactive and continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary to execute product leadership
  • Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.
  • Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that company meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.
  • Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.
  • Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.
  • Close collaboration with Channels Sales to provide direction, development, and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 years\' relevant IT sales experience
  • Prior IT Sales Experience is a MUST
  • Distributor Background is an added advantage
  • Appropriate vendor product sales certifications
  • Self-starter with sound business acumen
  • Results focused
  • Ability to work independently
  • Influence business outcomes without having direct control
