The Job
Drive acquisition & engagement E2E programs to meet the targets every month
Drive cross product commercialization via Single Sign On (SSO) channels
Day-to-day execution of engagement activities to ensure KPIs are met with achievable plans.
Define and identify new opportunities or to create new programs to achieve targets
Continuously assess business value of the product for increasing adoption, revenue and reducing costs.
Partner with cross-functional product teams to expand acquisition segment and cashless adoption
Responsible for product business that cuts across customer experience, compliance, risk management, regulatory, and operations management
Hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders that cut across product, partners, technical, operations, regulatory and compliance teams that touches various technical platforms and able to deliver to deadlines-Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation
An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
