We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to bolster our growing Singapore-based regional Product team, which operates as a vital part of our internationally dispersed group of exceptionally skilled and motivated individuals. Your pivotal role will center on architecting a pioneering product that integrates embedded fintech into the realm of foodtech across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, facilitating seamless user transactions on our platform. Collaborating closely with business teams, you will spearhead the inception and refinement of our Wallet solutions, propelling product growth and reach to ultimately establish an irresistibly user-centric offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Work with senior product managers to conceptualize, define, and execute the product roadmap for our fintech offerings, ensuring they align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the fintech landscape.
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from users, conduct user surveys, and analyze customer data to gain valuable insights and identify pain points that can be addressed through product improvements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and concise product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and communicated to the development team effectively.
  • Product Testing: Oversee product testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality and bug-free releases, continuously iterating and improving the product based on feedback.
  • Launch and Adoption: Assist in launching new products and features, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting marketing and sales efforts to drive user adoption and product success.
  • Metrics and Performance: Track and analyze key performance metrics for fintech products, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and achieve product goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer support, and other teams to foster a collaborative and efficient product development process.
  • Professional Development: Continuously stay updated on fintech industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to contribute fresh ideas and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of around 1-4 years in a product management or closely related role.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payment systems, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for fintech, innovation, and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on the food tech industry.
