Job Description

This role is responsible for the development of credit/debit cards products in OCBC, develop strategies and tactics in coordination with the various external partners and internal stakeholders within the bank to create a seamless cross sell experience with the goal of establishing a holistic banking relationship with the customer.

The successful individual will also be responsible for the end-to-end development and management of the Miles Credit Cards portfolio in OCBC. The candidate will be responsible for the P&L of the portfolio, developing the value proposition, creating customer value and campaigns to drive acquisition and usage of the product. It is critical for the candidate to be able to grasp and translate concepts into marketing and operational plans. The candidate will also need to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses to uncover opportunities to grow revenue and card utilization.

The responsibilities also include:

• Develop product plans before product launches
• Implement the product plans, to ensure product quality and performance goals are met
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve business issues
• Participate in technology projects for product enhancements
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product customization project
• Document new categories and/or changes to existing categories, ensure smooth business implementation during launch process,
• Direct and oversee marketing program life cycle management including responsible for managing and growing cards product

• Business, Economics and/or Marketing Degree
• Ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable with numbers and data analysis
