Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
Define the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals
Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative products with strong AI/ML integration
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and emerging trends in the AI/ML landscape
Product Management
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and iteration
Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Utilize analytics and market research to inform product decisions and drive adoption
AI/ML Expertise
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities into products
Evaluate new AI/ML technologies and frameworks for product integration
Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
Serve as a key client-facing leader, engaging with customers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product features
Support pre-sales activities by presenting solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction similar to a customer success manager
Leadership & Team Development
Build and mentor a high-performance product team with diverse skill sets
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Set clear objectives and drive accountability across the product organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree a plus
10+ years in product management, including recent experience in AI/ML-driven products
Demonstrated success in client interfacing roles, with a strong customer-centric mindset
Experience supporting pre-sales, presenting to enterprise clients, and translating business needs into technical solutions
Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product analytics tools
