Responsibilities

Create long-term strategy for personalization and search across all platforms Transform AI/ML services into user-focused solutions by collaborating with business and engineering teams Run A/B tests for algorithms, UI changes, and innovative ideas Guide junior product managers and promote teamwork Manage full product lifecycle from idea to launch, track KPIs, and drive improvements Define product specs, user stories, and launch plans with stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field 8+ years in Product Management, specifically in personalization or search Hands-on experience with latest AI technologies and models Strong analytical skills to turn data into strategy Excellent organization and communication abilities Experience leading cross-functional teams Proven success delivering complex products using agile methods Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects
