:Our TeamOracle Financial Services, Accounting and Finance team overseas comprehensive set of products for financial institutions in support of the office of the CFO, covering accounting data solutions in additional to solutions to support accounting standards applicable to the Financial Service market like IFRS 9 and 17.We are looking for a seasoned expert who is very familiar with accounting systems and the Financial Service market. The role will be both inward-facing and outward-facing. The inward-facing portion is to work with Oracle product managers, architects and development teams in defining requirements for key capabilities. The outward-facing portion will involve working directly with prospects, customers, and stakeholders to represent and promote Oracle and our solutions, which will require strong communication skills.Career Level - IC5Responsibilities:This posting acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, development and marketing of product(s) and capabilities as they move from conception to launch.

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Financial Services, accounting and finance products, in line with customer needs
• Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with senior Financial Service stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the products address market needs and improve the user experience.
• Product Development & Innovation: Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to manage product releases, integration, and successful deployment to clients.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
• Agile Product Management: Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development to deliver solutions that address real-world financial services challenges.
• Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations, conferences, and social media.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

A successful candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems in a collaborative and agile work environment, be a creative and innovative thinker, have a strong sense of empathy for customers and a eagerness to support our stakeholder community achieve success in the market.The applicant should demonstrate:

• 10+ years of relevant experience, in technology adjacent accounting and finances related roles serving the Financial Service industry
• Experience in Product Management of SaaS offering preferred
• Excellent communication skills
