Based in Singapore with operations across the globe, we are a team of young like-minded people united by a single mission: to support and promote sporting and academic excellence. Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.


Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova -- our in-house research cell that fosters intellectual curiosity and original thinking, Public Speaking -- helping students master the art of confident communication, and the Book Club -- designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.


We are looking for a Product Marketer who will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for multiple products across AddedEducation -- including AddedNova (Research Cell), Tutoring, Public Speaking, Book Club, and any new programs. They act as the link between product creation teams, marketing, and revenue teams. The core purpose is to make each product clear, compelling, differentiated, and widely adopted, ensuring parents, students, and internal teams actually understand and value what we offer.


Responsibilities

1. Product Positioning & Messaging




- Build distinct positioning for each product (Tutoring, Public Speaking, Book Club, AddedNova).
- Craft clear value propositions tailored to students and parents.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across platforms, campaigns, and teams.
- Liaise with Product Owners to co-develop and refine the core narrative and value proposition for non-college counseling products (AddedNova, Psychometric Tests, Tutoring, etc.)
- Craft messaging frameworks, pitch decks, brochures, and website copy for parents, students, and institutional partners.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (internal & external)

2. Copywriting & Content




- Marketing

Write high-quality content: for ads, landing pages, emails, newsletters, blogs, video scripts, and social campaigns.
- Create thought-leadership content around research, testing, academic excellence, and college admissions.
- Build storytelling assets using student success stories, mentor profiles, and program impact.

3. Social Media & Community




- Own the social media calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Produce engaging content -- posts, reels, captions, carousels -- aligned with premium branding.
- Monitor engagement, analyze trends, and experiment with new content formats.

4. Creative Collaboration




- Work closely with designers to translate ideas into premium-quality collateral.
- Build creative briefs, guide layouts, and ensure cohesive visual branding across all channels.
- Maintain brand standards for typography, design language, and tone.

5. Channel Activation & Events




- Support building and managing affiliate partner networks: schools, influencers, and industry experts.
- Support offline activations such as school events, education fairs, parent workshops, and info sessions.
- Support webinar marketing, lead-nurture sequences, and outreach campaigns.
- Ensure all activation materials follow high-touch, premium storytelling.

6. Analytics & Reporting




- Track weekly performance of digital, social, partner, and content campaigns.
- Optimize strategy based on data insights.
- Report performance trends to leadership and propose improvements.


Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing (ed-tech, premium consumer brands, or agency experience preferred).
- Strong copywriting background -- able to write clear, persuasive, high-conversion copy.
- Proven ability to position and market premium or aspirational products.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and content strategy.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers, content teams, and external partners.
- Comfort with dashboards, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage timelines, and operate with ownership.
- Familiarity with high-income parent segments (HNIs, CXOs) is a strong plus.
