Job Description


Meta is looking for a product marketing leader to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for business customers across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, and future applications and services in APAC. In this role, as a thought leader, you will represent the full APAC business product roadmap and suite of product and solution offerings to stakeholders, external clients and partners. You must have experience closely partnering with Product, Marketing and Sales leaders on successful product revenue and product adoption programs. This leader has proven success in leading distributed product marketing teams in a cross functional, dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and tactical execution. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry and Meta\'s advertising products. The successful candidate will have experience influencing VP/ Director stakeholders in the organization, including Product, Marketing and Sales Leaders around the world. At the same time, the leader of the APAC Product Marketing Team will need to be a strong, hands-on operational manager who is able to influence and execute against business objectives while growing and developing teams and individuals. This role reports to International Marketing, Director for APAC and will be a critical leader in the International Marketing, APAC Leadership team. Consistently hire top talent & build successful teams driven by clear mission & collaborative mindsetDrive focus, prioritize resources, and customize product solutions for businesses in the APAC regionInfluence product roadmap & prioritization to build for APACPartner with regional cross functional team including Product, Sales, Marketing to synthesize market intelligence, build GTM strategy, and develop Central Product Activation plans to drive adoption of our advertising solutions, and leverage data to track, analyze, and report on performanceDesign team\'s operating model to build systems for collaboration, cascade & scale within the org\'s continuously evolving structureEnsure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across product marketing organization to maximize growth and scale impactDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the companyServe as a product marketing thought leader externally and internally across the business teams for the regionBe part of the International Marketing APAC leadership teamMinimum Qualifications+20 years professional experience in technology or advertising, including as a people managerProduct marketing experience in the web technology sector and/or demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levelsExperience presenting to groups/C-level executivesProven record of building, mentoring and leading a diverse multisite team, characterised by a culture of inclusion and engagementTrack record of influencing key decision makers in large multi-national organizations at variety of levels, including cross-functional leadersDemonstrated ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectivesStrong executive communications and a track record of working well in cross functional teamsOrganization and inclusive people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplacePreferred QualificationsProven track record of "moving fast" and delivering on tight deadlinesProven business acumenLocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
