Role description

MyRepublic Group is looking for a self-motivated individual that is keen on learning the business of building new, transformative technologies into our products & services, our processes and everyday ways of working.

You will be assisting the Product Marketing team in the various preparations and executions of product launches, enhancements, promotions as part of subscriber drives/upsell/retention. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experiences in a rapidly growing organization that is a disruptor in the telco-tech space.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of ongoing consumer promotions
• Undertake competitive analysis to evaluate the attractiveness of our offerings and provide recommendations of competitive responses where applicable
• Support in the tracking of take up from various promotions for evaluation of effectiveness
• Participate in the planning and execution of new product launches and enhancements from product conceptualization, pricing, customer propositions to various preparations as part of Go-to-Market execution
• Support the Product Marketing Managers in the various executions for Product Launches/Enhancements or Promotions
• Assist all various ongoing Product Marketing operations and ad hoc projects

• An undergraduate pursuing a Polytechnic diploma/ Bachelors programme in Business, preferably in the second/third or final year of studies
• Self-starter with a Get-Things-Done attitude
• Resourceful and learn independently
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Highly adaptable with the ability to work well across departments
• Conversant with Microsoft Office applications

These are nice to haves; we don\xe2\x80\x99t expect you to necessarily possess all of them:

• Experienced working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Experienced working with partners on commercial deals and collaborations
• Expertise/understanding of the Telecommunications industry
• Proficient in the Google Workplace
• Proven record of ideation, development and execution of projects
