Job Responsibilities:
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales. projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies that increase sales.
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. Manage all marketing activities for the company and within the marketing team
  • Drive and implement marketing online and offline campaigns with sales promotion and activities instore to achieve targets
  • Perform sales analysis and monitor results for product portfolios and promotion campaigns
  • Develop and curate marketing content and materials for PR, traditional marketing and digital marketing including video, photography, artwork design, visual merchandising
  • Manage the marketing events and exhibitions including the planning and execution of related logistics supports
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Work closely with external agencies such as PR, printers, designers etc to execute campaigns and new product launches
  • Monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities
  • Support our new international markets expansion and support the franchisees
  • Responsible for brand management and corporate identity consistency
  • Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing budget
  • Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experiences in FMCG, Retail or F&B
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook.
