Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end product lifecycle

, from product introduction and launch to growth, maturity, and phase-out. Conduct

market and competitive analysis

to identify opportunities, trends, and threats across global and regional markets. Define and communicate

value propositions, product positioning, and key messaging

for ICs, connectors, passives, and power components. Drive and support

go-to-market (GTM) strategy

, working closely with sales, product management, and distributors. Develop

sales enablement tools

including product presentations, technical datasheets, comparison guides, and whitepapers. Coordinate and execute

product launches

, promotional campaigns, and product training for internal teams and channel partners. Monitor product performance (e.g., pricing, margin, market share), collect customer feedback, and recommend lifecycle actions. Ensure alignment with R&D and operations to manage

product updates, obsolescence, and inventory

throughout the lifecycle. Represent the company at

industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing

, or related field;

MBA is a plus

.

5+ years of experience

in product marketing or product management in the

semiconductor, electronic components

, or related industries. Strong technical understanding of

ICs, power components, connectors, and PCB-level electrical systems

. Proven track record in

product lifecycle management (PLM)

and market-driven product strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, CRM, and PLM tools

. Experience working in a

multinational environment
