The Finance team manages financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, procurement and finance enterprise tech across the Lazada Group and Lazada eLogistics. It operates with the highest level of integrity to ensure process controls and continued business sustainability. The team is seamlessly integrated into Lazada’s operational ecosystem and connected to business teams through our Finance Centre of Excellence as part of the Finance Business Partners initiative.

As a B2B product operation manager for the Finance domain, leading/participating in the operation team to supply high-quality product operation service across all ventures, promote the construction of a digital operation system through the data-driven method, and drive finance product and operation service level continuous optimizing. Your main responsibilities will be the following:

The role involves :

1. To participate/lead the operation of Lazada's financial products, coordinate with finance teams to set up operation process for all ventures, improve the product operation system of the CFO mid-platform;

2. Responsible for the end-to-end product operation from strategy to implementation, to meet business financial needs, and create business value;

3. Summarize finance demands from a user perspective, continuous exploring pain points, participate in the product capability construction planning, and use data-driven method to operate products;

4. Coordinate stakeholders to provide high-quality operation service, and ensure to meet user satisfaction and business goals.

5. Continue to accumulate product capabilities in the process of operating services;

6. Summarize operation indicators, responsible for building the digital kanban of the financial operation system;

7. Design and promote the implementation of service tools to support users.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field

2. Minimum with 5 years of experience in Internet finance-related work or digital transformation of corporate finance;

3. Have relevant experience in product operation and product implementation in the field of financial digitalization.

4. Be able to collaborate with PD developers and other stakeholders to promote the implementation of projects and meet business needs;

5. Experience in large-scale ERP finance implementation, supporting and maintenance(such as Oracle/SAP/UF), financial-related BI analysis Kanban construction experience are preferred;

6. Be curious about products, have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamworker, have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to withstand pressure;
