Contact me at +639561442366 or FB messenger: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100079642570205ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESa~ Work with Product Managers to ensure all product launch content is accurate and provided in a timely fashion to support set-up and launch thru all sales channelsa~ Coordinate with China Team resources to collect and maintain product specsa~ Interfaces with and supports customer service team, responding to customer inquiries related to product features and specsa~ Provides support in compiling and detailing reports for product category performance on a monthly and quarterly basisa~ Supports Products Managers by conducting product spec comparisons and competitor analysis of both products and competing websitesa~ Reviews customer questions (website Q&A), collects data & providing findings to product management and content teams for product content updatesa~ Provides monthly feedback on any review issues related to newly launched productsa~ Supports Product Managers with project/program management tasksa~ Has an interest in consumer hardware and gadgets. Preferred but not requiredQUALIFICATIONSWork Managementa~ Demonstrates confidence in managing company resourcesa~ Ability to work under minimal direction with attention to detaila~ Ability to gather customer requirements and defining their visiona~ Able to manage multiple deadlines across multiple projectsa~ Excellent time management skills to drive productivityTechnical Skillsa~ Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows-based applicationsa~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Wordo Ability to compile data from multiple sources and combine to single reports in excel, Experienced with VLookup, Pivot Tables, and other features of Excela~ Excellent verbal and written communication shillsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEa~ Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent experiencea~ Minimum 3 years prior experience in a hardware product marketing/management role. Consumer electronics/hardware experience is a plus but not a requirementa~ Understanding of general e-commerce sales model and website terminologya~ Experience developing product marketing materialsa~ Ability to play a supporting, cross-functional role that interfaces with multiple departmentsa~ Must be able to plan and prioritize work to achieve goalsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per monthBenefits:
