As a product owner (PO), he

• Is accountable for the financial health of squad budget, velocity of squad and giving directions to the team to ensure committed deliverables are met
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to build capabilities that deliver the most benefits to customers and operations within the committed budget
• Centralise demand management and prioritization, incident, release management & implementations relating to CCP suite of applications
• Strong project management skills of different methodologies from agile to hybrid to waterfall are required with strong execution skills are critical
• Proficient in portfolio management and governance
• Always stay on top of operations processes and design solutions which meet the needs of end users and customers

Systems Ops & Project Management

• Leadership and people manager roles. Expanding from an individual contributor to people manager
• Be the subject matter expert for all call centre related systems including IVRs, back end routings and logic
• Play the role of business analyst to understand, bridge and provide optimal solutions for all initiatives
• Business project lead to understand and assess key stakeholders required and to bridge in the right support from business & IT, to ensure full requirements / solutions are captured
• In the event that procurement is required, to act as the bridge between IT/ Procurement/ Legal/ Risk/ Finance and end users in order to help ensure that all necessary processes (e.g. RFI/ RFP/ clearing Infosec) and paper work (Biz cases/ SOW) are observed or prepared
• Conduct briefing as and when there are changes to system feature / functionality impacting the workforce planning team
• Other than CCP suite of applications, incumbent is expected to be the subject matter expert of other key systems used by Care including SME segement.
• Lead systems related process changes and/or gap implementations
• Up to date of new technologies and capabilities in the industry to enable benchmarking against own solutions and ability to introduce relevant solutions

Skills for Success:

• Degree / Diploma
• 3 years of experience in operations related role
• At least 2 years of experience in systems operations and project management.
• Acquired experience as a business lead in systems related projects using different methodologies, agile, hybrid and waterfall approaches
• Proficient in agile methodologies
• Proven records of Project Management skills
• Competency in excel and power point
• Strong analytical/ negotiation and conflict resolution skill
• Strong stakeholder Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Strong in execution
• Good presentation skills
