As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Head of Digital Platforms and work closely with Product owners and business stakeholders across the organisation to optimise performance and deliver business impact through data-driven design and performance insights.

To be a successful candidate, you will be passionate about business impact & data, able to craft a vision, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will need to understand and manage the digital analytics and growth tools, use data to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and deliver improvements/experiments through owned growth tools and/or in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities Include

Product(s) Vision, Roadmap & Business Impact

  • Develop the Customer Success technology strategy and roadmap
  • Lead the team with a strategic vision and roadmap using data to continuously monitor Product and GTM performance to drive Conversion Rate optimization, enhance UX/UI and deliver continuous improvements across the Product suite
  • Collaborate with Business Owners & Technology partners to deliver optimised performance
  • Guide teams to define, build, maintain and continuously improve the Product(s) to support the business growth and transformation
  • Work with business stakeholders to arrive at common agreements & understanding on business impact of the Product(s)


Delivery of agreed Product(s) roadmap & realization of business benefits
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Product(s) roadmap
  • Ensure that Product(s) roadmaps are prioritized against business needs
  • Deploy digital analytics tools and use the data and insights to run experiments/improvements across web and app products
  • Ensure that functional requirements, wireframes, user journeys, design and Product(s) requirements, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design & development are developed and signed off from stakeholders
  • Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders periodically to refine Product; Lead the team to work towards optimizing the Product(s) value based on the feedback
  • Work in agile framework to break down the Product(s) plans and deliver best-in-class Product(s) experiences; work with Scrum Master/Business Analysts to define, groom & clean Product(s) backlog & continuously requalify requirements


Product(s) Maintenance
  • Proactively identify and resolve any strategic issues that may impact the team\xe2\x80\x99s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
  • Develop and leverage in-depth understanding of business, user, market & competition insights
  • Proactively present progress against those goals (e.g. dashboard building) to business & Product(s) stakeholders
  • Define responsibilities for Production Support and Triage teams within Product(s) team to manage and resolve incidents/ production defects timely. Ensure that incident reports are filed timely. Ensure that learnings from incidents are baked into preventive steps and proactive monitoring to minimize future disruptions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory & compliance requirements
  • Use data to monitor, track and continuously improve on performance


Business Analysis
  • Work with Business Analyst(s) to ensure in-depth understanding of business processes and articulation of use-cases / user-stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate actively with BA Head


Engineering Delivery
  • Work with Software Engineering teams to analyse, design, deliver and support applications to meet business objectives; Ensure that Solution Design Documentation is maintained and updated
  • Collaborate actively with Chief Engineer


Leadership
  • Ensure Articulation, Measurement & Publishing of key business KPIs
  • that the Product(s) is built for
  • Manage overall resource plans together with BA & SE Heads
  • Oversight of planned budget, acquiring of budget (ACR) and spending (invoice approval)
