Description

Be at the forefront of Insurtech in Singapore. You will be the Delivery Manager in IT Consumer for digital business. You will lead a strong in-house development team that take cares of all the online business, including portals, marketing related applications such as campaigns, in Income. Your valuable technical skill will play a key role for the advancement and growth of the IT Consumer Business and help NTUC Income to cope with the fast-changing business and digital transformation. You are responsible to provide technical and developmental support across the full lifecycle of projects from planning through implementation. You will be fully responsible for delivery of critical components and modules in various Data/Web projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of delivery managers, business analyst, solution architects and software engineers
• Holds the vision for product, represents business interests and customers, owns and prioritizes product backlog, creates acceptance criteria and answers the queries from team/stakeholders.
• Act as the IT business face and directs team towards most valuable work to maximize ROI.
• Collaborating with and supporting the technical team analysis, design, development, and implementation.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Ensure clear and concise technical communications and documentations to the team and other stakeholders of the project.
• Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner while keeping project stakeholders informed.
• Translating product managers’ strategies to tasks for development
• Learning the market and customers’ needs and translate it to tasks for development
• Accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Take a primary role in inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in Software and Product Development
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work with large teams
• Understanding of design quality standards
• Experience in leading a delivery team
• Good experience with technology
