We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Owner - Services. Principal Responsibilities

• Accountable for making and keeping the product successful - ensure that it offers a strong value proposition to the customers and users and that it creates the desired business benefits
• Responsible for delivering value to the business, and engaging with the customer to ensure the team is building the correct product
• Partnering with Technology to optimise the delivery of multiple projects, seeking efficiency and requirement convergence and contributing to the formulisation and communication to streamline ways of working
• Responsible for leading the design of larger user stories (epics) which can be further broken down into smaller stories (product backlog). Able to form a prioritised feature list for the product which is used by the Technology Team to develop solutions
• Be aware of the competitor and market situation in relevant geographies, in order to allow Platforms to constantly improve our services and functionality
• Manage promotion and communication of product to the wider organisation
• Interact with and fully understand customers and their needs
• Collaborate with the team to showcase product to stakeholders

Requirements
Requirements

• Domain understanding and experience in Commercial Banking or Risk and exposure in Global Trade and Receivable Finance, Payments & Cash Management
• Knowledge and understanding of the commercial banking environment and customer service channels
• Creative approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to coordinate and control a wide range of activities and make decisions independently
• Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
• Strong project management skill with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on scope and on specifications, including prioritization and requirements alignment across competing demands as Product Owner
• Knowledge and interest in new ways for clients to use digital products (mobile and 3rd party providers, and the supporting technologies (UI, API, etc.)
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams with strong stakeholder management in dual matrix organization
• Experience in digital transformation projects within banking is a plus
