What\xe2\x80\x99s the job about? The role will sit in the team responsible for the trading & cash management aspects of our investment platform: order creation, portfolio rebalancing, pre-trade checks, trade execution, and order settlement. It will take responsibility for articulating user-stories, helping design processes and products, and delivering projects whilst working with technical teams to obtain requirements and write functional specifications. The primary goal in a Product Owner role is to represent the client during the Product development process. A key activity is to manage and make visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for product development
Responsibilities

• Own your product development from requirement definition to a deployed and sellable product
• Continuously interact with product management, UX, developers as well as other various stakeholders in order to co-create and then evangelize the product vision
• Translate business requirements, uses cases into user stories through JIRA, and continuously ensure that all requirements are understood and prepared
• Collaborate with the sprint team for sprint scoping, planning to maximize customer value output
• Set and manage the expectations of all stakeholders through effective written and oral communications
• Prepare acceptance criteria and evaluate the implementation together with our QA team
• Ensure a smooth rollout of the release, manage pre and post-implementation activities, and conduct operation briefing sessions with customer support teams.
• Assist in customer support to resolve customer issues

• 3-5 years minimum of proven experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, or related field in a reputed institution.
• Experience as a product owner, product manager, and/or software developer following a structured Product development mode
• Experience working with external stakeholders and clients;
• Excellent teamwork skills especially with people less skilled in communication
• Work well under pressure and with deadlines
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams is especially important.
• Fluent in English. Any other language skills are a plus.
• Familiar with Jira & Confluence
• Understanding of system integration methods (e.g. APIs) is preferred
• Ideally familiar with the wealth management industry, and more specifically trade/order management & cash management/core banking
