We are seeking for a self-driven and passionate Product Owner for our Virtual Client product offerings targeted at Bosch global users. This role is ideal for someone with future orientation and the ability to have holistic E2E view when it comes to delivering a product/service that creates value to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Virtual client product offerings in alignment with the customer needs and overall IT strategy
  • Consult the customers on new requirements and and plan necessary activities upon evaluation into the product roadmap or run as a project within the product area.
  • Be responsible for the product communication and marketing to the customers and ensure all the documentations are up to date
  • Be accountable for plan, build and run of the product variants and orchestrate & manage the team onsite and offshore for the delivery
  • Manage and improve existing product offerings over complete lifecycle adopting the Agile methodology
  • Ensure Product delivered complies with the Legal requirements (in-terms data handling, licenses, third-party software use etc.) and Organization directives
  • Take responsibility for economic success -plan necessary resources, forecast financials, and ensure first in class quality/price relation based on requirements
  • Maintain and monitor the product key figures (incl. service levels, customer satisfaction and benchmarking) and ensure achievement of objectives/targets measured by KPI
  • Ensure UX and the design principles when delivering new requirements and changes to existing products
  • Identify and engage the key Stakeholders for the product success and value.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems or Computer Science, Engineering or similar
  • Experience in product management with Infrastructure or end-user computing services
  • Good technical understanding of Virtual Apps and Desktop solutions based on Citrix
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to combine technical and business view
  • Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decision)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certifications in the App and Desktop Virtualization products will be an added advantage
