Now Hiring: Product Quality (Quality Assurance Specialist)

Location: Singapore | Shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT

Put Quality to the Test

- Run validation checks, use measuring tools (like calipers and gauges), and confirm every product meets high standards.

Champion Smooth Trials

- Be hands-on during production runs, monitor results, and catch potential hiccups before they grow.

Problem-Solve as a Team

- Work alongside engineers and production crews to investigate issues and drive improvements.

Keep It Clear & Compliant

- Maintain clean records, update SOPs, and ensure everything's audit-ready.

Who You Are

A sharp eye for detail with a "fix it before it breaks" mindset. Hands-on experience in manufacturing or quality (but fresh grads with the right attitude are very welcome!). Comfortable with Excel and basic measurement tools. Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Get

Competitive Pay:

$2,500 - $2,600 basic + OT (up to $3,500++ gross)

Daily Allowance:

$10-$20 per day shift

Performance Rewards:

13th-month + up to 2 months' variable bonus

Flexibility:

5-day or 6-day work week
