: Location : Ubi Working Hour : Monday – Friday ; 830am -530pm Salary $3000 -$4200 (basic) + 1 month AWS+ Variable Bonus Our client is a European MNC dealing with equipment Responsibilities

• Collaborate with new installation, modernization, and repair operations of Elevator for SAIS inspection site readiness

• Perform eSAIS for New-installation, Modernization and certain Repair jobs of lifts and escalators of Schindler Lifts Singapore

• Perform hard-copy paper SAIS for New installation, Modernization and Certain repair jobs of lifts and escalators of Elevator Singapore

• Perform PQC (Perceived Quality Checks) of S3300 home lift product line together with eSAIS inspections

• Collaborate and closely liaise with New Installation, Modernization and repair team for open triangle items rectification and generate SAIS reports and open item list upon rectification. Send eSAIS email or scanned hard copy to relevant person in-charge

• Able to explain and ensure tester, fitters, PE/PM understand identified non-conformance during SAIS inspections

• Closely follow up on closing of square open items in SAIS reports

• Adhere to report submission guidelines from Regional and Corporate office.

• Quality and Safety role model

• Assist Technical Field Support, CPSI etc as and when there is no SAIS schedule

• Collaborate and work closely with Existing installation for sealing of safety components

• Ensure implementation of Engineering Centre solutions, FI/DLFI if applicable during SAIS inspection

• Willing to work odd hours, night shift and on weekend as and when required

• Provide SAIS training to testers, installers, subcontractors etc. to achieve first pass SAIS results

• To be involved into Technical Compliance and Safety Audit from corporate and internal regional audit on regular basis. SAIS reports are subject to audit and candidate shall be able to explain SAIS checks and test performed

• Adhere to SAIS daily schedule from Testing and Commissioning operation.

• Perform Safety walks, Unsafe events, NGFE reports

• Expected to work independent with testers/fitters/technicians and adhere to four eyes principles

• Able to understand and identify correct version of SAIS reports from the published list to use for different product lines SAIS inspections

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Strong technical competence.

• Preferably SAIS Certified PSI

• Able to collaborate with other departments

• Process oriented

• Collaborative approach, strong teamwork skills and self-motivated

• Familiarity of elevator and escalator products knowledge.

• Able to use iOS Apple’s iphones and Apple iPAD is a must. MS Excel, Word, Power points would be an advantage.

• Able to print, photocopy and scan SAIS reports
