Duties and Responsibilities
Management of assigned key customers on a strategic and operational level
Acquire a thorough understanding of assigned key customer needs and requirements
Propose solutions that answer customer needs and wants
Ensure accurate products and services are delivered to key customers in a timely manner
Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
Full responsibility on turnover, gross profit and order intake of the assigned key customer in all business sectors - New Business, After Sales, Logistic Systems, Rental and Used Equipment
Grow new potential key account
Always attentive to market awareness and promote active pipeline management
Monitor market studies, include competitors\' analysis, customer behavior, and market trend
Report to Head of Sales on monthly sales performance
