Product Specialist (esec, Datacon, Asm Or Canon Bestem)
Job Description
:
- Have previous hands-on experience with ESEC, Datacon, ASM or Canon Bestem products
- Have done technical support for various customers and/or field service engineers
- Know how to present the products technical features, demos on its functionalities and gathering clients requirements either for cutomization or improvement
Requirement:
Knowledge of semiconductor industry
Working experience in soft solder die bonding technical service / customer support
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics systems
Hands on experience with automatic, high speed complex equipment
Experience in product management
Previous experience in SSI machines, equipment or process
