Providing platform support and contribute as FX specialist input for other bank projects and participate in driving improvement in efficiency of the FX execution business.
Independent and detail-oriented individual with problem solving skills are a must as candidate is expected to be able to independently cover LDN shift hours.Primary function:\xc2\xb7 Contribute to FX team revenue target through execution of FX trades\xc2\xb7 Execute all internal and external FX cash and derivative trades\xc2\xb7 Accurate and prompt execution of FX & derivatives products in fast-moving markets.\xc2\xb7 Experience dealing with external clients; Direct Dealing, Premium clients and Internal Asset Managers\xc2\xb7 Usage of various counterparties\xe2\x80\x99 dealing tools, inhouse applications\xc2\xb7 Ensure clear understanding of margining rule at product & portfolio level\xc2\xb7 Understand the product related risk & market risk\xc2\xb7 Develop complete understanding of front to back booking flows\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies and procedures\xc2\xb7 Participate in driving improvement in efficiency of the FX execution business through the delivery of enhancements of current tools and potentially implementation of other tools.\xc2\xb7 The candidate will be expected to do odd-shift coverage when team member is on leave.\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc projectsBack-up function for Capital Market\xe2\x80\x99s multi-assets:\xc2\xb7 In unexpected event of execution teams\xe2\x80\x99 coverage required, Candidate may be required to carry out timely execution and advisory for multi-assets outside primary function (where Capital Market covers FX, Equity Cash, Bonds and Derivatives).Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role.\xc2\xb7 Hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 FMRP, CACS 1 & 2, CMFAS M1B and 6A.\xc2\xb7 Fluent in Microsoft office; especially Excel. VBA knowledge will be an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Fast and accurate dealing acumen.\xc2\xb7 Organized with high attention to details.\xc2\xb7 Experience with direct access clients handling.\xc2\xb7 Strong commercial acumen, focused on enhancing customer experience while staying focused delivering significant improvements in revenue, productivity and efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Have E-trading platform (i.e. other Counterparties\xe2\x80\x99 platform) knowledge preferably gained in other established banks.\xc2\xb7 Have experience dealing on Eikon chat.\xc2\xb7 Have knowledge of FX or other trading business.\xc2\xb7 Ability to grasp details and identify process gaps to provide solutions.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with different stakeholders to support projects.\xc2\xb7 Having simple coding knowledge is a plus
