Job Description

What the role is:This position will be under the Institute of Learning Technology (ILT).What you will be working on:The officer shall be responsible for the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage product roadmap and deliverables, ensuring alignment with product vision and CSC\'s strategic objectives and customers\' needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand requirements and participate in business process reengineering/ review projects that look into enhancing workflows and streamlining processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Help drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of quality features that are valuable to the customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Support change management and engagement efforts such as getting buy-in from key stakeholders, in preparation for product releases \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with product owners and other cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, content and IT to build and launch products \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the product rollout strategy and monitor product performance by analysing data and customer insights for continuous enhancementsWhat we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital agile product management, preferably in a customer-facing environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate about digital learning solutions such as learning systems, workplace learning approaches and other forms of technology-enhanced learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of data analytics \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude, proactive and customer-focused with excellent stakeholder engagement skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Values teamwork and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
