Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Develop, maintain and strengthen long term favorable customer relationships with various stakeholders by building trust and credibility.\xc2\xb7 Support product usage and provide technical guidance to doctors.\xc2\xb7 Organize and conduct product demonstrations to customers.\xc2\xb7 Organize and conduct talks in medical departments.\xc2\xb7 Organize and conduct hospital level talks.\xc2\xb7 Achieve assigned sales targets for both product and territory.\xc2\xb7 Consistently track sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations. To also follow through on the overall purchasing process.\xc2\xb7 Consistently update competitors\' information including organizational chart, new product launch, business strategy and business alliances.\xc2\xb7 Development of territorial action plan and execution of the plan\xc2\xb7 Planning weekly/monthly sales activities\xc2\xb7 Identify red Flags with account, handling objections, identifying influencers.Functional Skills\xc2\xb7 Good presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Experience in doing or supporting Interventional Ortho/Vascular cases (Neurovascular, Peripheral, Endovascular)\xc2\xb7 Experience in private and public hospital/clinic environment in Singapore.\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of the medical device environment and its decision makers stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Proven capabilities in selling techniques and able to apply / demonstrate it during business / product promotion to purchasers and end users.\xc2\xb7 Experience in product training and marketing activities is an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Good skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\xc2\xb7 Possess own transport and a valid driving license.Job requirements\xc2\xb7 At least 2 year experience in medical sales.\xc2\xb7 Enry level with relevant University field are encouraged to apply as well\xc2\xb7 Sales experience in medical device industry engaging Neuro-interventionists, neuro-surgeons and/or neurologist is a plus.#LI-SY1Requisition Number: 143767Job Function: Sales
