The Role
We are seeking a customer savvy and service-oriented Product Specialist to join our Trade Marketing team. You will be a strategic influence in driving adoption and sales across local retailers, contributing to the commercial and brand success of Hegen.
Responsibilities:

• Proactively promote Hegen's brand and demonstrate the use of Hegen products to end consumers
• Be the subject matter expert for customers in stores
• Develop sales pitch and perform basic reporting
• Collect ground feedback and partner with Trade Marketing team for continuous improvement
• Support events and in-store activation when required
• Conduct Product Training and establish meaningful touchpoints with clients

Requirements:

• Experience dealing with retailers and/or consumers in a retail or consumer goods company
• Proficiency in at least 2 languages including English is mandatory.
• 5-day work week and able to commit on weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
• Pleasant personality and enjoy serving customers
• Retail sales and/or customer service experience will be advantageous
• Able to commit to a 5-day work week including weekends. Working hours to be 6 hours per day on weekdays (inclusive of 1-hour mealtimes),11am to 9pm on weekends.
